How a work order runs

  1. You send the work order

From any work order system or portal, by email or with our request form. Tell us the site, the problem and your spending limit (NTE). We respond immediately.

  2. We dispatch a technician

The right trade is scheduled for the right site. Emergencies go out right away, day or night.

  3. Fixed, or quoted first

If the fix fits within your spending limit, we do it. If it doesn't, you get a quote with photos before any more work happens.

  4. Closed out with proof

Before and after photos, technician notes and the invoice arrive together, so you can close the ticket.

A job isn't done until you'd grade it A+

That's where the name comes from. Every work order ends with the same closeout package, so you can see the work without driving to the site.

If a technician finds something else while they're on site, you get a note and a quote. We don't do extra work without your approval.

Roof drains backing up in the rain

Problem
A call came in at night, in the rain: water was ponding against a parapet wall because the scupper drains were clogged.
What we did
The technician cleared the scuppers and collector boxes with a drain-cleaning machine while it was still raining.
Result
Water ran off the roof again and the area around the drains was left dry.
Display freezer temperature reading 67 degrees
Before
The same display freezer reading minus 3 degrees
After

Refrigeration

Display freezer at 67°

Problem
A self-contained display freezer on a grocery sales floor read 67° on its case display.
What we did
We serviced the condensing unit controls and installed a new 40-amp contactor.
Result
The case came back down to −3°.
Parking stalls with faded, barely visible lines
Before
Freshly painted white stall lines and yellow BUS stencils
After

Asphalt and striping

Parking lot restriping

Problem
The stall lines and bus stencils had faded almost to nothing.
What we did
We restriped the stalls, repainted the bus stencils and painted a new accessible-aisle hatch.
Result
Crisp lines and markings the whole lot can read again.
